Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of the assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Ensure care is appropriate to the age group of patients served.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Two (2) years of critical care experience required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.

• Up to $15,000 new hire sign-on bonus

• Shift: Night shift, 7:15pm – 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation

• Pay range: USD $40.74 - USD $72.46 /Hr
• Rotation schedule:
  Every other weekend and every other holiday

• The ICU cares for critically ill medical-surgical patients, with support for busy orthopedic, pulmonary and bariatric surgical populations. CCU – Cardiac Critical Care Unit specializes in cardiac surgery and supports one of the busiest Cardiac Catheter Labs in Massachusetts. We offer specialized training for many cardiac devices.
