We are searching for a talented Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist for the Observation Unit @ Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Hours: 40 hours, 8A – 8P, 7on / 7off, includes weekends & holidays
Shift: Day/evening, weekend, holiday rotation

Responsibilities
- Conduct hospital rounds under the supervision of the Physician, Office Manager, or designee.
- Perform initial histories, physicals, consultations, and follow-up care visits, which may require laboratory testing, radiology testing, and/or immunizations.
- Formulate diagnoses based on clinical assessments and establish appropriate/timely treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Masters of Science Degree in Nursing required.
- Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- Current Massachusetts R.N. registration required.
- Nurse Practitioner Certificate required.
- Minimum of one year's experience as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- Current Massachusetts Nursing Practitioners License required.
