We are searching for a talented RN for the CVICU Dept.

* UP TO $15,000 NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS*

Hours: 36hrs

Shift: Night shift, 7:15pm - 7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation

Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

The CVICU department supports the Award‑Winning Cardiac Surgery program at Charlton Memorial Hospital. You will work with the Catheter Lab and Cardiac Surgery Departments. We are proud of our patient‑to‑nurse ratios, nurse‑driven protocols, orientation program, and 24‑hour resource and support. We are looking for experienced RNs.

Sign On Details

• $15,000 New Hire Sign On with 3+ years of ICU/CCU RN experience
• $12,000 New Hire Sign On with 1-3 years of ICU/CCU RN experience
• $10,000 New Hire Sign On with 1+ years of Hospital RN Experience OR Less than 1 year ICU/CCU RN experience
• Rehires greater than 1 year are eligible

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Three (3) months experience is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID‑19 virus or be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
