  Primary Care – Fall River, MA
• Hours:
  
  24 hrs
• Shift: Day shift; 8:45am - 5:15pm

• Perform a variety of duties involving direct patient care, such as medication administration, patient and family teaching, and procedures in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and within the scope of practical nursing.
• Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and related software to update or access patient information as appropriate.
• Provide age-appropriate care based on the age group of patients regularly served.

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly desirable.
• Six months or more experience in related setting preferred.
