Residential Nursing Program is looking for compassionate LPN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

• Provide a structured daily routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and individual programs as identified in Individual Service Plans.
• Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain safety.

• MA state valid LPN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check and valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and physical upon hire and TB update every two years.
