Responsibilities:
Working at Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's is all about teamwork, pride, and serving every guest the delicious food they crave. You will learn new skills, make new friends, and understand the basics of the menu, food safety, and sanitation. Opportunities for growth include becoming a server, cashier, cook, delivery driver, or moving towards a shift leader role. The sky’s the limit for your career at Papa Gino’s.
As a Cashier:
You greet guests energetically and sincerely, ensuring they know they matter. You listen politely, suggest items, repeat orders, and are knowledgeable about the menu and ordering system. Handling credit cards, rewards cards, and cash requires focus and precision. Comprehensive training prepares you to perform independently.
As a Cook:
You prepare and present food according to company specifications, using the proper equipment, resources, and tools to ensure quality.
As a Shift Leader:
You take a leadership step by assisting the General Manager with scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and training team members. Age restrictions apply to equipment use.
