As an Assistant Manager at Applebee's, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service and staff engagement. You will be a team leader, problem solver, and stress handler, working hard while enjoying the experience.

• Ensure friendly, timely service according to company standards.
• Cultivate a positive culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Perform guest contact and table visits as per standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure product quality and presentation.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet demands.
• Ensure safety, security, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Report repairs and maintenance needs promptly.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Control departmental costs and manage inventories.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Work in various restaurant positions as needed.
• Engage in continuous leadership development.

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol Certifications are a plus.

• Work various shifts, including weekends.
• Stand and move efficiently for up to 10 hours.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Read, write, and use small tools and equipment.
