Position: Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Join our team as an Insurance Agent in our South Easton office with a comfortable base salary and uncapped commissions, and the opportunity to earn over $100k in your first year.

Responsibilities
  • Build and leverage a strong local network to generate leads and close sales in the community.
  • Establish and maintain in‑person relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Attend in‑office days as required and collaborate with team members.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommend insurance solutions from top carriers.

  • Gritty and adaptable; can work well under pressure and solve problems.
  • Coachable and a team player who embraces feedback and seeks continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience
  • Previous sales role with proven ability to turn prospects into customers.
  • State insurance license, or willingness to obtain one in Property & Casualty and Life.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.

Pay Philosophy

The typical starting salary range is $55,000 – $65,000 per year, with total first‑year compensation ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 and potential to exceed $100,000 for top performers.
