• This experienced sales position is both on the sales floor and in the field focusing on windows, doors, trim, architectural hardware and wood flooring.
• Candidates must have a high level of proficiency in Marvin and Andersen, striving to become product experts.
• Works with outside sales team, contractors, architects, and homeowners to provide expertise in all millwork items.
• Able to assist customers with all millwork sales in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Has a professional demeanor and appearance and is able to work with contractors, architects, and homeowners alike.
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

• Must be well‑spoken with a professional appearance and familiar with high‑end sales. Field experience is a must.
• Use of AS400 and CRM essential.
• Strong mathematical, language, computer, and email skills required.
• Organizational and multi‑tasking skills essential.
