• Assist with on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems
• Work in a team‑based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety measures at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Flexibility to work overtime, on‑call and weekends required

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred with GPA 3.5 + and excellent attendance
• 1 + years in a mechanical support role; some hands‑on HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification – Type I & II or Universal Preferred
• NATE certification a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 lb
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service and troubleshooting equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
• Work independently and self‑schedule
• Self‑motivated to complete tasks within time constraints
• Driven to succeed and work with minimal supervision
• Periodically on call for service coverage
• Willing to relocate across the country after training
• Local travel may be required

• Get onto rooftops via fixed/extension ladders
• Work at heights and handle equipment loads up to 150 lb
• Lifting occasionally up to 75 lb; overhead up to 25 lb
• Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lb
• Climb ladders to roof height and extend reach overhead repetitively
• Manual tandem lifting up to 125 lb

Compensation
:
Hourly non‑exempt role with annual salary range $35,000 – $45,000. Overtime paid for hours over 40. Salary factors include geography, tenure, performance and qualifications.

New employees may receive up to 10 paid days off and 10 paid holidays.
