Old Colony YMCA is seeking an Outreach Worker for the Fall River/New Bedford Communities to support youth and families through community-based services. The role requires independent work and collaboration with clinicians and staff to balance direct youth support with case documentation and outreach responsibilities.
The position emphasizes building strong rapport with youth and families and working with state agency workers and other resources, in both group settings and individual caseloads.
