We need skilled CDL Driver/ Laborers who are local to the Reno, NV area. This position will report to the Director of Operations and represents an opportunity to join an awesome team on the ground floor, learn a lot, and have a ton of fun as GRC grows!

• Construction Specialist with CDL A is responsible for general laborer duties and support on construction sites
• Use various equipment, hand and power tools
• Prepare ground trenches for pipes and utility lines
• Remove, fill or compact earth
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade and utility safety standards.
• Responsible for the site set-up and clean-up
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment on truck
• Will be involved in new site Job Safety Analysis - JSA prior to starting construction
• Setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones and safety barriers and at times flagging traffic
• May be required to work overtime; after hours; on weekends, for emergencies or be on-call as work is needed to ensure work is completed
• Ability to follow instructions
• Driving heavy equipment/hauling materials, requires a CDL A License

• Commercial driving and/or heavy equipment operation (>1 year)

• Compensation range: $26 - $30 Hourly
• Target start date: 2-3 weeks from offer
