Harper Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) for an F‑35 hangar project at NAS Fallon, near Fallon, NV. • Responsible for the quality management duties, including quality of the works, material management, documentation, and close‑out to ensure safe, quality, efficient, and effective project execution.
• Direct inspections, documents, and update appropriate records quickly and accurately.
• Read specifications and resource documents to determine requirements and planning procedures.
• Lead and manage quality processes, including submittals, shop drawings, and as‑builts.
• Create and implement project‑specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans.
• Perform the USACE Three Phases of control:
  Preparatory, Initial, and Follow‑Up.
• Support Site Safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures.

• A graduate of a four‑year accredited college or university program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on similar‑size and type construction contracts (vertical construction).
• At least two years’ experience as a QC Manager in construction.
• Familiar with the requirements of EM 385‑1‑1 and experienced in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
• Current certificate for "Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors".

• Experience on large ground‑up, Military/Federal/DOD vertical projects.
• Working knowledge of Procore document control system.

• $135,000 to $145,000 salary range (the offered rate will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience).
