Cheek Construction Cheek Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking Dirt Crew Laborers to assist with daily construction operations. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team on construction sites.
Responsibilities- Assist with grading, excavation, site preparation, and general dirt work.
- Perform physical labor and support equipment operators and crew members.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Construction or dirt work experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
