Banner Health is actively seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient practice in Fallon, Nevada , a vibrant town just one hour from Reno and Carson City, with easy access to Lake Tahoe and endless outdoor recreation.

This NHSC-certified site (HPSA score 14) offers the best of both worlds: meaningful rural medicine in a supportive environment, with the stability and resources of a large, integrated health system.

Banner Health's total compensation package includes:

• $270,000 base salary
• $100,000 educational loan repayment plus additional funding through state programs
• Up to $18,000 resident stipend paid during the last 18 months of training
• $60,000 sign-on bonus
• Paid CME days and malpractice
• Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family
• Focus on physician well-being and development
• This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Nevada
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
