Program Analyst, Senior

MA/MS degree from an accredited college or university
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college plus 2 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Master's degree.

Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) with 3 years of specialized experience with CNAF/CNAFR F-16 concept of operations.

Liaison and lead actions related to F-16, transition, site activation, manpower, Contractor Logistics Support, and other activities supporting the F-16 adversary program. Monitors contractor performance as outlined by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Reviews, tracks, and submits Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs). Analyzes aviation maintenance manpower requirements to optimize readiness by appropriate personnel assignment.

Uses Microsoft Office to provide data to senior leadership to support decision-making. Facilitates communication between contractor, CMMT, and PMA to foster collaboration. Supports PMA-226 Naval Sustainment System – Aviation (NSS-A) activities. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance operations. Prepares ad-hoc queries in databases to analyze aircraft, supply, and maintenance data, providing insights to management to improve aircraft readiness. Continually assesses mission and core competency to support NAE maintenance objectives.

The projected salary range is $95,000-$125,000; actual salary will depend on experience and contractual requirements.
