Physical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in various settings including outpatient environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies to enhance mobility and improve overall quality of life.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Utilize various physiotherapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Provide patient education on exercises and techniques to promote recovery and prevent injury.
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Work with diverse populations including pediatrics and geriatrics, adapting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Proficient in using EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $85,801.51 - $97,309.34 per year
