• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Set restaurant goals with your leader, develop a plan, and measure progress.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and coach improvement.
• Hire, develop, and retain Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
• Collaborate across departments to drive performance and exceed customer expectations.

• Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.
• Background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older for a managerial role in corporate owned restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
