In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and processing member purchases
• Assist with payments according to company policies and procedures; utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions
• Locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; ensure availability of carts/flatbeds
• Assist members with transporting items and use cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness

• Ensure club pick-up orders are filled, notify members of delays, inform about out-of-stock items, and offer alternatives
• Ensure items are packaged according to company policies and procedures; assist members upon arrival for pickup
• Resolve member issues and concerns; promote company products and services
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling merchandise
• Correct and report unsafe situations to facility management
