As a Security Officer - Government Center Patrol - Full Time in Fallón, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a secure environment. What You’ll Do
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
  • Assist with access control duties, monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Remain alert to surroundings and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns immediately.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
