• Perform plumbing repairs (sinks, faucets, etc.)
• Routine maintenance of washers/dryers
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Electrical work (replace fixtures, troubleshoot wiring)
• Carpentry (measure, cut, assemble repairs)
• Painting (prepare surfaces, apply coats)
• Maintain work order log and report status to supervisor
• Follow safety and environmental rules and complete required training
• Perform physical tasks up to 50 lb, climbing stairs, ladders, stooping, kneeling
• Participate in shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• One year of general maintenance experience
• Three years of specialized maintenance experience (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or painting)
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Valid state driver license (optional)
• Physical ability to lift 45 lb unassisted, 100 lb assisted, and climb stairs and ladders

• Standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, working in uncomfortable positions
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Professional certification or license in one trade preferred

Full‑time (35+ hours). Rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, potential overtime.
