• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and concrete-related equipment.
• Document completed work, maintenance records, and repair needs.
• Identify potential equipment issues and communicate concerns before they lead to costly downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Previous experience as a fleet, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanic.
• Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to complete routine repairs independently and assist with more complex diagnostics as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize assigned work.
