Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking a Corporate Financial Analyst. This position will report to the Manager of Corporate Accounting and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Prepare account reconciliations and assist with resolution of reconciling items.
• Prepare journal entries and related support for routine and non-routine transactions that are material and complex in nature.
• Assist with preparation of financial statement analytics and other management reports.
• Work with sectors and other Corporate departments, e.g. government accounting, tax, treasury on routine transactions.
• Interact with foreign and shared service accounting staff to ensure appropriate accounting processes are in place.
• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial reporting packages for corporate entities.
• Assist with the monthly load and consolidation of corporate domestic entities into Hyperion Financial Management.
• Assist with SOX, DCAA and IRS audits.
• Maintain documentation to support statement of work.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree or CPA may be traded for 2 years of experience. Master’s degree and a CPA may be traded for a total of 3 years of experience.
• Public accounting experience, IF directly relevant, may count for up to an additional year of experience for each year of relevant experience.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing licensure
• Public accounting firm experience
• Prior experience with SAP and/or Hyperion Financial Management
