Overview
ALEX – Alternative Experts is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) daily operations, including inbox monitoring, scheduling, meeting logistics, vendor coordination, documentation, and support for outreach events and communications. The role ensures smooth execution of tasks and timely dissemination of information to stakeholders.
Qualifications- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage calendars, meetings, and vendor engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Excellent grammar and editing.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience coordinating outreach events and travel.
- Familiarity with DHA/DoD processes and contractor communications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.

CompensationIn order to comply with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, we reasonably believe the pay range for this position is between $55,154 - $65,154. Multiple factors are taken into account with any offer of employment by ALEX, including experience, education, and skills.
