RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department

Calculate and process the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system

High Visibility Position:
Handle customer follow-up and complaints with integrity and poise

Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.

Maintains accurate vehicle inventory.

Filing daily

Switchboard operating

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

REQUIREMENTS:

Computer Skills must be A+-proficiency in Excel and customer database interfaces.

Superior customer service skills

Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Dealership experience

Ability to work some evenings and weekends

Professional personal appearance
