Sport Program Instructor (PT After School Programs)

Baroody Camps is growing and needs experienced instructors to deliver enrichment programs to school children across Virginia and Maryland. This role involves teaching various subjects such as Science, STEM, Cooking, and Sports to 8–15 students in a structured environment.

• Prepare the classroom and set up equipment each day.
• Teach and inspire students using the provided curriculum (1.5–2 hours per session).
• Manage and maintain equipment across cooking supplies, technology, and sports gear.
• Ensure students are supervised and safely dismissed after class.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Implement COVID‑19 policies and procedures.
• Provide transportation to Falls Church venue for weekly supplies (Science / Cooking).

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong classroom management abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to teach at least 2–3 times per week.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.

Hourly wage: $25–$40, based on experience.

Typical hours: 3–5 hours per week, with potential for more if multiple skill sets are taught.

Peak program time: 2:15 PM – 5:45 PM.
