Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Project, Visio)
- Design and release cable/wiring installations for aircraft.
- Route cable/wiring harness in 3D environment per NG Standard.
- Support manufacturing with wiring integration.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to solve engineering problems.
- Conduct testing of electrical components and systems.
- Document design processes and technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 4‑5 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military/commercial aircraft.
- Master’s Degree in STEM with 2 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military/commercial aircraft.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS-Project, Visio) in production.
- Ability to obtain DOD Secret or Top‑Secret Clearance.
- Experience with MIL-W-5088 or AS50881 standards in production.
- Demonstrated experience in 3D routing of wiring harnesses in a production environment.
- Experience with NX Siemens or CATIA for solid modeling design.
- Project management experience with schedule and technical performance metrics.
- Familiarity with Team Center Enterprise (TcE).
- Experience integrating components into larger systems.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills in engineering contexts.
- No experience with military or commercial aircraft wiring.
- Only academic experience with electrical design tools.
- Must be a US Citizen.
