Beyer Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager plays a key role in the sales process by arranging financing, presenting products, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and transparent experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended service contracts, GAP, protection plans, etc.) in a clear and ethical manner
- Secure competitive financing options through approved lending partners
- Ensure all deals are structured accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Complete and review all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
- Partner with the sales team to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
- Prior experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lender programs, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and digital retail tools
