Hand & Stone Falls Church is expanding our team of talented Massage Therapists to better serve our valued members and guests. With innovative services, customized treatment plans, and a focus on building relationships, our Massage Therapists are educated and empowered to make a client's massage appointment the best hour of their month!

FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. Our company culture is rooted in putting people first. Our massage services and enhancements elevate not only our clients' experiences, but our Massage Therapists' experience as well. Our Massage Therapists use additional tools such as Hot Stones, Himalayan Salt Stones, CBD Oil, and more to deliver customized treatments.

Our commitment to safety and comfort includes extensive annual background checks, ethics training, use of the Attention Button system, and more.

• Base Salary: $20–$25 per 50-minute Swedish massage, reflective of experience and skills.
• Commission:
  Uncapped commission structure with upgrades ranging from $3–$8. Top performers earn an additional $6–$9 per hour from upgrades.
• Tips:
  Average 18–25% of nonmember price; average tip on base service $20–$30, increasing with upgrades.

Total Average Earnings:

Full-time high performers: $65,000–$88,000 per year (30 service hours/week).

Part-time high performers: $33,000–$44,000 per year (15 service hours/week).

• Maintain an active Massage Therapy license and comply with state/county laws.
• Carry your own massage liability insurance.
• Adhere to our "Key Ingredients" standard for client communication and empowerment.
• Customize treatment plans based on clients' needs.
• Create an excellent experience with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by leadership.
• Participate in training workshops and webinars.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment rooms and common areas.

• Valid Massage Therapy license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to client-centered care.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Experience with a variety of massage modalities preferred.
