• Maintain an active Massage Therapy license and comply with all state and local regulations
• Carry personal liability insurance

• Deliver an excellent client experience with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Communicate effectively with spa staff and management
• Meet sales and performance goals set by leadership
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of treatment rooms and common areas

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Virginia (or willing to obtain one)
• Strong client service and communication skills
