Join Koniag Government Services to support the CDAO’s mission at Falls Church, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and strategic expertise in intelligence, counterintelligence, and technology protection.

• Serve as senior staff advisor to the Director of Sensitive Intelligence for the CDAO on intelligence, counterintelligence, and program protection issues.
• Support drafting and coordination of CDAO policy and guidance on AI, data, and technology protection principles.
• Assess the intelligence and counterintelligence needs of the CDAO, working with IC partners to inform collection, production, and analysis.
• Identify vulnerable access points within the organization and matched to credible threats from foreign intelligence entities.
• Maintain awareness of adversary progress in AI, data, analytics, and digital services implementation.

• 15+ years of demonstrated experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated success working independently and as part of a team with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (required).

• Must have a current/active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility.

• Broad understanding of strategic competition threats in AI, data, and analytics.
• Experience with in the last five years in the Joint Staff, OUSD(I&S), or other OSD‑level component, preferred if related to technology, AI/ML, data analytics, or data protection.
• Previous experience authoring or editing DoD issuances, including Directives and Instructions.
• Ability to rapidly understand and apply new concepts.
• Previous experience in the implementation and measures of performance of active/passive counterintelligence measures and associated organizational security practices and postures.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities.
• Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook application skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a desired focus area of National Security, Economics, Business, or International Relations.

Falls Church, VA (partial telework eligible). Some travel required.
