Strategic Collaboration & Enterprise Design
  • Establish an enterprise design framework describing “as‑is,” “transitory,” and “to‑be” states for all applications within scope.
  • Facilitate collaboration with government, mission partners, and industry to define end states for products without defined transition paths.
  • Leverage commercial tools, items, and best practices to accelerate delivery.
