Clearance Required:

Active Top Secret, or TS/SCI. As a Cleared Transcriptionist, you will create accurate, error‑free transcripts of English audio recordings, adhering to strict client guidelines.

You’ll work collaboratively with government stakeholders and our project management team, ensuring timely and precise deliverables.

• Transcribe English audio recordings with speed and accuracy.
• Follow client‑provided style guides, glossaries, and templates.
• Collaborate with team members and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain meticulous records of production metrics and timekeeping in compliance with federal requirements.

• Active Security Clearance:
  Top Secret, or TS/SCI (required).
• Minimum 2 years in transcription, using tools like Start/Stop or Gear Player 4, and foot pedals.
• Typing proficiency: 55–65+ WPM, with high accuracy.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency with advanced grammar, spelling, and vocabulary skills.
• Impeccable accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, client‑ready demeanor.
• Must work on‑site in Washington, DC and/or Falls Church, VA.
