At GDIT, people are our differentiator. Our work depends on a SharePoint / Systems Administrator joining our CNIC Applications Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) applications (G2 Ops).
This position is pending position availability.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT- Sr. SharePoint / Systems Administrator for CNC G2 applications.
- Performs SharePoint/Systems Administrator on multiple multi-tiered Farms supporting online collaboration services for a global audience.
- Adhere to Federal compliance security practices while maintaining high performance & availability service level agreements.
- Supports software developers, data and infrastructure competencies in an Agile environment delivering added business value to the customer.
- Perform SharePoint deliverables
- Daily Server Checks
- Monitor SCOM Alerts
- Patching (ad-hoc & routine)
- ONV Password Resets
- EIM QA/PROD Deployments
- Account re-enablement troubleshooting
- Support for Ad-hoc requests from EIM teams
- Coordinate with SDP via Issue Trak tickets
- Monitor logs
- Troubleshoot Tier II/III tickets impacting platform availability
- Support for G2 Platform Projects (Server Upgrades, Rollover Projects, SPO Migration, JBAB and Saratoga Re-Alignment)
- Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance. (A Secret clearance with completed T5 Investigation is acceptable.)
- Required Experience: 6 years of SharePoint systems administration experience.
- Experience managing SharePoint hosted on Windows Servers/VMs in a datacenter.

DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - CompTIA Security+ CE - Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
