Location:
Northern VA / DC / Maryland area
Pay: $18-24/hr - weekly pay + mileage compensation
Shift: Mon‑Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Duration: anticipated 6‑month contract
Qualifications:
- A+ certification requested but not mandatory.
- Printer skills a plus but not required.
- Must maintain good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Personable, interacting with a wide range of users and environments.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to each client’s location.
- Perform Windows 11 migration/upgrade efforts for end users.
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server, and Printer hardware.
