Attorney (Estates & Trusts)
Location:
Falls Church, Virginia
- Lead as a senior level Estates & Trusts attorney (counsel or partner).
- Draft sophisticated wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and ancillary documents.
- Utilize strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Conduct excellent research and analysis while paying attention to detail and organization.
- At least five (5) years of experience in Estates & Trusts.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting legal documents related to estates and trusts.
- Virginia bar admission is required.
Salary: Annual Salary—$140,000–$160,000 (USD)
