Job Overview

The Project Manager, Strategic Accounts is responsible for cultivating relationships with new and existing high‑profile strategic accounts and portfolios. This is a specialized role that requires superb communication skills due to the sensitive nature of the assigned accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Dedicated PM for high‑profile strategic accounts, portfolios and special projects
    • Support projects for large existing and new strategic customers
    • Provide project management expertise to single site and multi‑site projects that require higher level of detail and communication
    • Cultivating relationships with existing and new high‑profile customers
    • In doing so, the strategic account PM will aid in additional growth and business opportunities and ensure top service to our customers
    • Project management of assigned special projects assigned by management to include, but not limited to, supporting various project types based on departmental and organizational needs
  • Project lead responsible for task management and process implementation for all assigned projects
    • Provide mentorship, support and guidance for the assigned project team
    • Supporting growth of assigned assistant PM
    • Coaching and advising PM best practices
    • Supporting ongoing relationships with clientele and customer service department
    • To include but not limited to Account managers, Directors and VP of CS
    • Provide oversight and input on growth and performance for the APM
  • Collaboration with V.P., Directors and Account Managers of Client Services on strategic accounts to provide guidance, process implementation and oversight due to the complexity of these high‑profile accounts and projects
  • Project Manager, Strategic Accounts will be responsible for managing their own field time and schedule based on Client needs and requirements.
  • Ensures a seamless hand‑off to Client Services to drive the Client experience from start to finish
  • All other duties as reasonably assigned
Qualifications
  • 3 or more years’ successful experience managing multiple projects simultaneously consisting of system addition, construction and strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and processes for providing project management support.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently excel in providing top customer service with knowledge of principles and processes. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills: able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Consistent top performer with the ability to perform detailed work, being careful about detail and being thorough in completing tasks.
  • Ability to effectively develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish those goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent Kastle in a polished and professional manner to customers and the public in person, in writing and via telephone.
  • Demonstrated exceptional speaking and active listening skills, conveying information effectively and giving full attention and taking time to understand what others are saying.
