Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our fast‑paced Gastroenterology Lab/Endoscopy and Interventional Pulmonology team. RNs rotate between pre‑op, intra‑op and PACU. Regular work week is Monday–Friday, no weekends, no holidays. Call is taken on a rotating basis for after‑hour emergencies – nights, weekends & holidays. This position offers the opportunity to be cross‑trained for our Interventional Pulmonology services and the team functions as one unit taking care of GI and IP patients in both Pre‑Op and PACU.

This is a full‑time, 4 ȕ 10‑hour shifts per week. Call is taken on a rotating basis for after‑hour emergencies, on weekends & on holidays.

Our experienced, enthusiastic, welcoming team works with both inpatients and outpatients performing advanced endoscopic and pulmonary procedures on adults and pediatrics.

• Experience – 1 year as a Registered Nurse, one year of direct OR experience with a Registered Nurse or completion of an OR fellowship. If PACU Nurse, one year of critical care (ICU or ED) or PACU RN experience is required.
• Certification – Basic Life Support through AHA.
• Licensure – Licensed Registered Nurse or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Education – Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Associate's Degree. If RN has an Associate's Degree, complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

• 2+ years RN experience to include at least 1 year of Endoscopy, procedural, PACU, ICU or ED.
