Inova Health System invites applications for an RN Fellow transitioning to the NICU at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. The program begins January 4, 2027, with a 3x12 schedule and rotating day/night shifts or full-time night shifts.
The Fellow will learn under supervision to develop NICU competencies and meet program objectives.
Required:
BSN in progress or completed, Virginia RN license or eligibility, BLS certification, and at least one year of inpatient RN experience.
