Counter Team Member & Baristas - Tatte Falls Church | Tatte Bakery & Cafe

Our front of house team members welcome and care for guests in our cafes. Counter team members will have a working knowledge of all Tatte products, delivering savory dishes and pastries, operating the point-of-sale register, and keeping a clean and organized workspace. We expect our front of house team members to:

• Engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills and presence
• Have a passion for and deep knowledge of our coffee menu, our bakery and savory offerings, and genuine hospitality
• Have a desire to help where needed and work as part of a team

• Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and afternoons/evenings
• Provide high-quality service: take guests’ orders, deliver beverages and food, maintain clean and well-stocked café stations, and ensure brand and safety standards are met

• Provide gracious and high-quality service, have comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
• Prepare and serve beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
• Operate barista station equipment and keep the bar clean and stocked
• Deliver artistic espresso beverages and assist guests with product questions
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills to warmly engage with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to grasp and reach overhead
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry 50+ lbs
• Must be able to work 8+ hours a day on your feet

• Competitive pay (counter team members $12.50-$13.25/hr; baristas $14.75-$15.50/hr; typically $22-$26/hr+ with tips)
