We’re growing our Member Services Team at our upscale infrared sauna studio and are looking for upbeat, motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and working in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • Commission opportunities during sales training while shadowing experienced team members
• Sales experience preferred. We offer comprehensive training.
  • All employees will receive hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
  • Learn from leaders with 30+ years of combined sales experience who love to mentor and support your growth
  • Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 9:30 pm opening and closing shifts
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm opening and closing shifts

• Confidently sell memberships in a supportive, commission‑based environment
• Connect with leads using our CRM with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for members and guests
• Provide studio tours and answer questions about services and facilities
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
