As a Security Guard – Unarmed Patrol in Falls Church, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries. You will monitor and patrol assigned locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and interact with the public, all while delivering outstanding customer service and communication.

Pay Rate: $23.37 / Hour
Job Schedule: Wed 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Thur 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Fri 06:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Fluent in spoken, read, and written Spanish.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
