In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Conduct initial screening and determine client eligibility for services under specific grants or contracts.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 70 client cases per year and develop client‑centered treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive case management assessments to determine individual client strengths, needs, resources and support systems.
  • Work with clients to identify and prioritize needs and establish goals for service.
  • Provide education, support and advocacy around safety planning for survivors of domestic violence.
  • Serve as referral and liaison between clients and internal and external treatment programs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation and coping skills with a strengths‑based, trauma‑informed approach.
  • Research and coordinate internal and external link clients with community providers.
  • Make referrals to connect clients to needed resources and services.
  • Actively participate in training and case consultation sessions with the treatment team.
  • Plan, develop and facilitate client cultural orientation, workshops and education programs based on community need.
Your Background
  • Must have one of the following, plus relevant experience:
    Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of professional social work or case management experience; or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field plus 1 year of experience.
  • Oral and written fluency in English required; fluency in a second language required.
  • At least one year of experience working with victims of domestic violence, immigrants, refugees or other trauma survivors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma‑informed approaches to service delivery.
  • Prior experience in developing and providing group‑based trainings and workshops a plus.
  • Proficiency with basic technological tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Successful completion of background checks required upon hire; may be called upon to work beyond normal hours.
