Bilingual Clinical Case Manager (Spanish/ English)

In this role, you will be responsible for:- Conduct initial screening and determine client eligibility for services under specific grants or contracts.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 70 client cases per year and develop client‑centered treatment plans.
- Conduct comprehensive case management assessments to determine individual client strengths, needs, resources and support systems.
- Work with clients to identify and prioritize needs and establish goals for service.
- Provide education, support and advocacy around safety planning for survivors of domestic violence.
- Serve as referral and liaison between clients and internal and external treatment programs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, psychoeducation and coping skills with a strengths‑based, trauma‑informed approach.
- Research and coordinate internal and external link clients with community providers.
- Make referrals to connect clients to needed resources and services.
- Actively participate in training and case consultation sessions with the treatment team.
- Plan, develop and facilitate client cultural orientation, workshops and education programs based on community need.
- Must have one of the following, plus relevant experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of professional social work or case management experience; or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field plus 1 year of experience. - Oral and written fluency in English required; fluency in a second language required.
- At least one year of experience working with victims of domestic violence, immigrants, refugees or other trauma survivors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma‑informed approaches to service delivery.
- Prior experience in developing and providing group‑based trainings and workshops a plus.
- Proficiency with basic technological tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Successful completion of background checks required upon hire; may be called upon to work beyond normal hours.
