We are seeking an energetic, self‑motivated individual to work with children and teach motor‑skill development classes. The Assistant Gymnastics Manager will spend approximately 60% of their time teaching and the rest on day‑to‑day operations and team building.

• Know and understand The Little Gym philosophy and program; communicate information correctly and professionally to parents.
• Assist the Gym Director in training instructors and maintaining student enrollment.
• Conduct engaging classes that are high energy and fun.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Gym Director.

• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus.
• Prior management or strong customer‑service experience preferred.
• Daytime, evening, and weekend hours required.
