Warehouse Clerk – Barber D.M.E. Supply Group

Join as an independent contractor (1099) to support medical equipment distribution across the DC, MD, and VA markets.

• Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate records for medical supplies and equipment.
• Oversee storage, handling, and organization to keep the warehouse operating smoothly.
• Supervise packing of orders ensuring accuracy and delivery timelines. Manage shipping and receiving processes.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse locations and deliver supplies to patients and store locations within the DC, MD, and VA areas.
• Respond to inventory needs of region store locations and support them in managing stock and supplies.
• Maintain efficient, organized operations compliant with company standards and regulations.
• Provide high‑standard customer service by accurate inventory handling and meeting expectations.
• Collaborate with the business owner and team members to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.

• Previous warehouse experience required; DME or medical‑related experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying, loading, and unloading medical equipment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) may be required.>
• Typing ≥ 35 WPM and proficient in computer use for inventory management, shipment processing, and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Trustworthy, mature, reliable; high level of integrity and accountability.
• Comfortable with delivery routes across DC, MD, and VA; entrepreneurial mindset.
