Shift Manager

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, oversee quality standards, monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth handover.

Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting shift targets, helping departments meet goals, and performing various tasks such as planning, performance monitoring, safety oversight and communication.
