Aboutthe Position
Join our team as a Process Equipment Operator. In this role, you will operate baling equipment to process materials efficiently and work closely with team members to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Operate and monitor processing equipment under the direction of the Operations Supervisor.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and document the condition of equipment each day.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Safely direct truck traffic during unloading and loading operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform daily cleaning, upkeep, and safety checks of equipment before and after operation.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and protocols.
- Participate in training programs and safety meetings.
- Report any unacceptable materials to the Operations Supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a process operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of process equipment and operational procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Adherence to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment in various conditions, including high‑noise environments.
