Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store, customer service plays a vital role in this position.

Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are required.

• Assist customers with loading of their vehicles and monitor the store entrance area.
• Maintain a sufficient quantity of shopping carts near the entrance.
• Interact with customers and fellow associates to provide courteous service.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks related to loading items and maintaining cart stock.
