- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
- Some retail store management experience or equivalent.
- Experience motivating a team to accomplish goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction from the store manager.
- Ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques.
- Walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive lifting frequently.
- Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledge of general retail practices needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Team player who energizes fellow associates and achieves shared goals.
- Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the game plan set by the store manager.
- Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
