• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential disturbances within the facility and surrounding areas.
• Follow all site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the client site management.
• Document all incidents, irregularities, and security-related activities in accordance with company policy.

• EMT certification is required.
• Previous firefighting experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicant background investigation and drug screening will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
